Lunchtime, a summer afternoon, just the two of you. The ingredients are largely determined by the contents of the fridge but the usual composition is dry crackers, cheese, sliced olives, fresh salad, cherry tomatoes, salami and/or pepperoni, a little green capsicum, and garnished with fresh picked basil.

Thai Chicken, Ginger and Cashews

A dish full of flavor, freshness, and attitude. The ingredients are easy to prepare – fresh grated ginger, lots of coriander, a chili and garlic to add to the excitement, cashews browned in oil, combined with chicken, coconut milk, green capsicum, severed over a bed of white rice.
